4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Before Service Delivery
You may request cancellation before any of the following occur:

- A subscription period has started
If cancellation occurs before delivery has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
4.2 After Service Delivery
Because digital services are accessible, downloadable, or usable immediately, cancellations after delivery are generally not available, except where required by Saudi law.
Examples where a cancellation may not be possible:

- Ongoing work that is partially or fully completed
- Cases where the delay or issue was caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
- Customer change of mind after delivery
5.3 Refund Method
Refunds, when applicable:
- Are issued to the original payment method
- May take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
- Will be communicated to you via email once processed
5.4 Refunds for Subscription Services
For subscriptions:
- You may cancel future renewals at any time
- Refunds for already active billing cycles are not issued, unless legally required or in cases of service failure

- Access activation failures
